COMING SOON: The joint CD of Hayk Melikyan, piano and Varduhi Khachatryan, mezzo-soprano will be published in September 2010. The CD is dedicated to Komitas and includes the works of Komitas and Harutiun Dellalian.

Hayk Melikyan launched a cycle of world music concerts. The concerts are dedicated to the 20th Century and Contemporary Music composers of different nations. The first one took place on October 03, 2009 on Russian music and the second Concert was dedicated to the French music. The latter took place on April 30, 2010. It is planned to hold Italian, American, German and Japanese music conerts in 2010-2011. Please, enter the Projects for more information.

Concert Paraphrase for piano by Hayk Melikyan on Mussorgsky's "Khovanshina" Opera will be published in February 2011. You are cordially invited to the Presentation of the scores. Please, check our updates for concrete information on the date and place.

Hayk Melikyan invites young composers to the competition for piano works in 2011. The winner wil be awarded with a financial prize and the best three compositions will be performed by Hayk Melikyan at the closing ceremony of the Competition and will be included in the repertoire of the pianist for 2011.
